We all know about the benefits of running very well. Some of is running helps us to lose our weight and to build strong bones. It is a great way to increase your overall level of health. It also helps in achieving goals and give great empowerment sense. But here the question is that, which one is the best way of running treadmill or outside running. But first, we see some differences between treadmill and outdoor running.

Basically, the treadmill and outside running is very different from each other but we used same muscles in both exercises and the same forward body movement is involved in both exercises. We do both exercises for the purpose of fitness and to decrease the amount of fat in your body, and tone your legs.

Outdoor running

Variables routes: One of the great things about road running is that you can choose an endless number of routes which you want. Perhaps, some will be better than others, but you like to choose different routes accordingly to your mood. If you want to improve your fitness, you should change your route regularly.

Variables surface: Outside running is offering you more unpredictable surface. This is added challenging of your balance and coordination. Different routes become unpredictable & will challenge your balance and coordination thereby strengthening your joints and muscles. Sand is a very testing surface to run on as it is difficult to push yourself forwards. It is a great challenge for your workout.

Weather condition: Weather can also affect your running. It can cancel your outing planned. For effective exercise, you should go on outside running regularly.

Treadmill running

Constant environment: The treadmill offers you a constant environment in which you do exercise. Whether you are in the gym or your living room, the temperature and running surface remains the same. It makes your exercise comfortable and you don’t have to consider the weather, light levels or traffic.
